Terms of Use of the Private Client Area

1. Purpose

1.1.These conditions govern access to and use of the private client area of the Website www.gruponeovexa.com (hereinafter, the “Private Area”), and apply in addition to the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Access and registration

2.1.Access to the Private Area is reserved exclusively for Neovexa clients who have signed the relevant contract and to whom Neovexa has provided access credentials.

2.2.The client warrants that the data provided for registration is truthful and undertakes to keep it up to date.

3. Credentials and security

3.1.Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. The client is responsible for keeping them safe and confidential, and for all actions carried out with them.

3.2.The client must notify Neovexa immediately of any loss, theft or unauthorised use of their credentials. Neovexa will never ask the client for their password by email, telephone or messaging.

3.3.Neovexa may require additional authentication measures to strengthen the security of access.

4. Permitted use

4.1.The client undertakes to use the Private Area exclusively to consult information relating to their relationship with Neovexa, and the following is prohibited:

•Accessing or attempting to access other clients’ information.

•Using automated systems to extract information from the Private Area.

•Carrying out any action that may damage, overload or compromise the security of Neovexa’s systems.

5. Information displayed

5.1.The information displayed in the Private Area is for information purposes. In the event of discrepancy, what is set out in the contract, its annexes and Neovexa’s written communications shall prevail.

6. Availability

6.1.Neovexa will endeavour to keep the Private Area continuously available, but may interrupt it temporarily for technical, maintenance or security reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

7. Suspension and termination

7.1.Neovexa may suspend or cancel access to the Private Area in the event of misuse, breach of these conditions, risk to security or termination of the contractual relationship.

8. Data protection

8.1.Data processed in the Private Area is governed by Neovexa’s Privacy Policy.

8.2.Platform usage log. The client is informed that, while using the Private Area, Neovexa records the screens they visit and the area where they click, for the sole purpose of improving the platform, on the terms of the Privacy Policy. This log does not include the content of forms or the data displayed on screen, is kept for 90 days and is accessible only to Neovexa’s management.

9. Amendments

9.1.Neovexa may amend these conditions, notifying the client sufficiently in advance through the Private Area or by email.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1.These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Huelva (Juzgados y Tribunales de Huelva), unless the applicable law establishes another mandatory forum, in particular for clients who are consumers.
