What we do
A closed firm
Neovexa is a closed firm that you join by invitation. We work with a small number of people, and that is the condition that lets us know each case and look after it one at a time.
We do not sell mass-market products or open sign-up to the public. Every relationship starts with a conversation, is set down in writing and is followed from the private area, with an assigned contact and the documentation always available.
We are MAPFRE
EXCLUSIVE AGENTS
Neovexa is an exclusive agent of MAPFRE. We work with a single insurer, we know it well and we answer to our clients for how we look after them.
MAPFRE is one of the leading insurers in Spain and Latin America, with a long track record and a presence in many countries. The insurer is MAPFRE: the insurance contract is made with it, and our role is to present its insurance and savings products to you, answer your questions and support you when you take out a policy and afterwards.
How we work
Before you sign, you understand
We explain the transaction and give you the complete documentation. If something is not clear, nothing is signed.
No small print
Terms, conditions and costs are stated beforehand, not after the fact.
Everything is recorded
Every movement is recorded with its date and you can check it in your private area.
You can always ask
Your contact has a name and a phone number, and answers even when there is nothing to sign.
How we support you
Every relationship is set out in a written contract that says what Neovexa does, what the client takes on and what risks there are. The specific scope is agreed case by case, always in writing.
